Refund Policy

At Afrocentric, we are committed to providing value through our services, memberships, and digital programs. However, due to the nature of our offerings (digital content, certifications, internships, and access-based services), all payments made on the platform are non-refundable once access has been granted or participation has begun.

General Refund Terms

Non-refundable: Membership fees (free or premium), internship payments, gig commissions, and digital tools are non-refundable after access or use.

Exceptional cases: Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments (must be reported within 48 hours)
  • Service not delivered as promised due to a verified technical error on our part
  • Marketplace gigs or product order 

No refunds for: Change of mind, incomplete participation, or disqualification due to user misconduct

Afrocentric reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on our verification process and platform usage history.
